    When You Would Use This

    Access code recovery is used when:

    • A voter cannot find their original invitation email
    • An access code was accidentally deleted
    • The voter attempts to log in from a different device
    • The original access email expired or was misplaced

    Step-by-Step: Recovering an Access Code

    1. Open the election voting portal using the link or QR code provided by the administrator.
    2. On the sign-in page, select Lost your access code?
    3. Enter the email address used to receive the original invitation.
    4. Submit the request.

    If the email address matches one originally invited to the election, a new access code will be sent shortly.
